Tips To Help You Calculate Your Rental Needs:

Remember you don't have to fit everything under the tent at the same time. Your dance floor can accommodate your buffet tables and then can be removed for dancing. Or perhaps, add an additional smaller tent to accommodate your buffet, bar and perhaps your gift table.

We only carry White framed tents. All prices are for a two consecutive day rental or less and includes installation on grass only. Add 15% for asphalt, concrete or crushed stone installation. Cathedral side walls or plane walls are $1 per ft., Skirts are $5 ea.. Water barrels used for tie downs are $5 each. Call for a weekly quote.
All pricing is for installation within Austin/Bastrop city limits from 8 AM to 6 PM. Otherwise mileage and overtime fees could apply.

Tent Rental Requirements
1. The minimum area required for a framed tent is 2.5' around perimeter when staking and 6' when water barrells are required. Renter must provide easy access to and around the location.
2. It is the renters responsiblity to locate all possible underground utilities in or around the specified area (ex: water,gas,electrical,telephone,sewage,etc.) and is the renters responsiblity for any damages to these underground installations. These locations must be marked. If you have any doubts, contact the National One-Call number at (888) 258-0808. Give a mininum 48 hrs. working days request for these services.
3. Visually inspect the specified area for overhead obstructions ( ex: tree limbs,basketball goals,power lines, ect.). Call us about your tents height.
4. The site must also be cleared of obstructions before we arrive to erect the tent and when we arrive to take it down as the tent must lay flat on ground for roll out and roll up.
5. The renter is responsible for all damages to the equipment rented. Normal wear and tear or storms are the exception. No fires or cooking under tent.
6. Some locations require permits to use tents. It is the renters responsiblity to obtain the required licenses, permits and permissions. Austin building permits (512) 974-2202.
7. A 50% deposit is required to reserve a tent. There will be a 50% cancellation fee if order is cancelled with less than two weeks notice. The remaining 50% is due a week before the event.
